Shipping & Returns

  • Orders placed on will ship same day if purchased by 12p CT. If the order is placed on a Friday, the next business day is considered Monday. All major national holidays and weekends are excluded as ship days.
  • No refunds are given on merchandise returns. Instead, store credit in the form of a gift card is issued.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information. If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).
  • Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Merchandise must be in good condition with tags attached and accompanied with the order number / receipt.
  • Any items purchased on sale or discounted, vintage items, or special orders are considered final sale and no refund will be given.
  • Please email us at with "Returns" in the subject line and include your order number to start the returns process
  • Your refund will be in the same form of your original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ship back to us in a trackable manner for your protection.
  • We currently do not have the ability to process exchanges. Please return and place an additional order for the item you wish to exchange.
