Return & Refund Policy

  • No refunds are given on merchandise returns. Instead, store credit in the form of a gift card is issued.
  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving your item based on the tracking information. If the item was a gift over the holidays that needs to be returned or exchanged, the item may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 10 days after December 25th (Christmas Day).
  • Gift cards / store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • Merchandise must be in good condition with tags attached and accompanied with the order number / receipt.
  • Any items purchased on sale or discounted, vintage items, or special orders are considered final sale and no refund will be given.
  • Please email us at info@shopvillagetailor.com with "Returns" in the subject line and include your order number to start the returns process
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ship back to us in a trackable manner for your protection.
  • We currently do not have the ability to process exchanges. Please return and place an additional order for the item you wish to exchange. 
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at info@shopvillagetailor.com.
